It’s clear that the SEC’s intentions were malicious from the beginning.  Filing the case against #Ripple just “DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS” is a cold-hearted move, putting politics over people.  They’re trying to KILL innovation and stifle the #crypto industry in the U.S.

The Hinman speech isn’t about just one token or blockchain, it’s about the SEC’s hostile stance towards the ENTIRE #crypto industry!  They’ve been playing both sides, pretending to welcome players while LYING about their so-called guidance.

The documents suggest that senior SEC officials “COULDN’T AGREE” on the law, purposely confusing the public about #crypto rules   This is an unprecedented level of deception that should send shockwaves through the industry.

At worst, the Hinman documents reveal that he DELIBERATELY ignored the law and TRIED to create NEW laws   We’re witnessing a power play that threatens the very essence of innovation and freedom in the #crypto space.  It’s time to stand up and FIGHT BACK
